Re-Rentry Permit - Biometrics requirement

Hi All,

It seems USCISC has started a new requirement for getting re-entry permit. You have to complete the biometrics (Finger-printing).

Does anyone know how long it takes for us to receive the notice for completing or going to get biometrics done??

Apparently they're processing I-131 applications in about a month these days, so the biometrics letter should show up in a week or two. Once you get the letter, you can also try to do a walk-in and say you have to travel. That has worked before.
