re interview cq

thats what i thought.. they only ask for my presence.. not hers. also, i did not felt any bad vibes in the interview and i sent all the info they requested... should i worried?
should i take the paperwork i need again to the 2nd interview?

Is there anything unusual about your case? Any previous marriages for either of you ? The relative short length (4 years) of your marriage could be a trigger for more questions to validate bona vide marriage.

i thought so.. we been together 4 years.... and i already applying..maybe too soon. on the first citizenship intervirew i went alone. i was thinking we should go together on the one i have schedule for december, but she has classes in university and work... and we r really busy. . also the officer was nice. (but of course u never know) ... i was nterview in sf(san francisco)... they ask me for my wifes paystubs because i brought mine. and she just got this new job and he wanted to know where she works... if they wanted to interview me w her they should have put that on the letter.. but only said bring ur green card, passport , id . .. should i bring her? is something that is common to received this letter? what happen if they denied ur citizenship application?
thankssss!!!!

of course, you should bring her...i realize that everyone is busy..and they may not ask for her, BUT it does help your case and they can ask whichever they need instead of requesting documents from you....Make sense ?

If you are filing naturalization based on marriage, you should expect your marriage to be scrutinized. Of course, the amount of questioning / documentation may vary from the case to case, but usually there is something in the case to trigger deeper scrutiny.

In answer to your question about what happens if the application is denied

You can challenge the denial within 30 days.

Worse Case ... As long as your marriage is legitimate, there are no other issues, and IF your application is denied, you can always apply under the 5 year rule.

Worst Case ... Deportation. However, they go into deportation mode ONLY IF they find something seriously irregular with your application - serious omissions and mis-statements.

I would say you do not have much to worry if you can prove the health of your marriage.

u r rit dream... i was thinking of going with her... is true is been a short time that we are married. maybe i rush and they want to be sure is good.... besides the officer did not show any doubt or ask any weird questions. and also , he understood everything i said.
is it worth it to request an info pass???
