I was going over the points regarding H-1, which administrator posted on 24th March.

Under the " following classes that are exempted from cap"
i did not understand one point, that is,

"beneficiaries who have been counted once toward the numerical limit, and are the beneficiary of multiple petitions."

would you please explain a little more about this

Means people who already have an H-1. Ignore the rest.
