Re file I-485 questions:

Hi, all

My parents filed 485 a while ago, and my dad got his interneiew next month. but my mom's case was denied due to INS's mistake.

we would like to filed the 485 again instead of appeal( which maybe even worse for our case)

1. can we still use the original I-130? which was approved 1 1/2 year ago.

2. her finger print was done Sept 2004. can we still use it?

3. any fee updated? like new 485 fee? new finger print fee? new 864 fee? I do not trust the infor from USCIS anymore.

4. any office address change?

post your question at britishexpats.com, maybe, a lawyer will answer. Perhaps, you should do a "motion to reopen" case, if it's not too late.

1) yes, an old I-130 can be used, if the relationship still exists.
2) no
3) the info is on USCIS website. better trust it.
4) check the I-485 form and the website.
