Hi Guys,

My whole family came to use in february 2007 for my son's wedding. We enter the US in feb 10th and was stamped for 5 months on our I-94. We only stayed for 1 1/2 months (until end of march) since the kids have school. and we went home around the 28th of march.

Because of the wedding and all, my 15 years old daughter were so busy helping around with the wedding and did not have a chance to go disney world as she planned to. Now summer comes and holiday season starts, she would like to come back to dallas and go to disney world with her elder sister (she's a student with F1 visa in college)

Do you think it's possible for her to come back in July with my husband so they can go disney world? the whole family have 5 years visa.

Does she need to re-apply for Visa? is it too near to re-enter US since march in July?

Thank you for the help in advanced

Victoria

I do not think there will be any problem.

For as long as her visa is not expired, she can US it as many times as she wants. The only thing that could rise problems at the Port of Entry is if she spends more than 6 months in the USA over a 12 month window.

I believe that it depends on the visa they got. Because some visa are just to enter only one time and if you wanna come back, you will need to re apply.
But I think you should go to the embassy and ask them. It is the best way to know things.

Vanesta,
If your daughter's visa is multiple entry, I see no issues with her requesting re-entry into the US for the purpose of sight seeing.
