Re-entry to the U.S. after being here for 2 years on Visa.

Hello, I have a very important question.

My girlfriend came here June of 2009 as an Au Pair (Nanny) in which she was suppose to stay for only 1 year. Well earlier this year, she filed for an extension in which she is now staying until June of 2011.

My questions are:

If she leaves back to Germany in June of 2011, will she be able to re-enter the United States anytime soon? Maybe under a tourist visa?

Also, I am probably going to ask her to marry me before she leaves, but if I don't... How would I be able to marry her there? Or would it be easiest to do so here?

I am afraid that if she leaves in June of 2011, she may not be able to come back to the United States for any reason for a while....

If I am wrong, what steps or procedures can be looked in possibly getting her back here to the United States and marrying her here in the United States?

She can come back to the US as a visitor to visit you anytime after she leaves in June of 2011, she don't need a visa under VWP and can stay upto 90 days in US.
Ideally if you guys are planning on living in US then getting married here before she leaves will be easiest and she can adjudt status to a Permanent US resident without going back, if you get married in Germany then you have to file for her here to get her a US green card that can take upto 6 months.
