- Anyone know if Denmark, France, Luxembourg, and Germany accept Re-Entry Permit? I guess I would have to obtain a Visa? Schengen? Thanks!

Nope. all accept exception of Swtizerland which is not part of schengen anyways.

So, for Switzerland how can we get a visa. Do you accept RTD?
If you have a GC, you can go to Switzerland with an NP or an RTD without a visa. I'd suggest printing the page that says so: http://www.eda.admin.ch/eda/en/home/reps/nameri/vusa/ref_visinf/visusa.html .
However, the information on the page is not clear enough about the RP, because they say they don't recognise it, but they also ask you to apply for a visa, so call them about that.
