I was filling out the I-131 and it asked for the reasons. I am a greencard holder and I want to go back home to take care of my sick husband and son. What kind of reasons should I mention here?

Write down "personal reasons," unless you're asking for the application to be expedited, in which case you can be detailed and mention your family members are sick and need care.
