Thanks baikal3 and I apologize for not remembering that you suggested her. I have been following a couple of different threads on a number of forums and it's hard to keep track of what was said where.
I emailed Penni a couple of days ago and she does claim to be an expert. However, I was slightly put off when I was told that they try to limit correspondence with potential customers until I request a paid consultation ($200). I understand that they don't want to give out free legal advice, but I would like to at least be able to talk to them to verify that they know what they are doing... I would hate to spend $200 to find out that they don't.
