Is re-entry permit for multiple entries or 1 time entry tkt?
I mean can I use it for any visit to US for which gap is > 1 year
or
Even if I come back after 3 month, I MUST use re-entry permit if I have one?

My travel to US is business driven so cant say whether I will come back within x months. Can I use my green card if travels are frequent despite have an unepired Re-entry permit.

You can use your REP as a secondary (or even in place of your) passport (in certain circumstances). It is helpful to gather your trip information in one place.

The question you ask indicates to me that you are seeking to conceal your travel and seeking to do something unethical.

Think again about your motives, how it will look under scrutiny, and how you will explain your actions when caught.

The reentry permit is a multiple entry document; you can use it over and over until it expires.

It is not necessary for an isolated 3 month trip. But if you have a string of 3 month trips close together, showing the permit will be very helpful for helping you to avoid hassles at the port of entry.

Thanks Jack!!!

BigJoe - I have already given up on US but I want to avoid hassles in case my business requires me to travel to US
So If I can keep my GC and avoid hassles for 2 more years. Why not?
Don't feel anything unethical here.

First they dont give green card for years together and when they give, they dont want you to leave...
Test the logic on ethics....

It is already paid in foreign country.
I know, I will get credit for foreign tax paid up to $93Kor so.

But if they will never find out, why disclose foreign employment?
Suggestion?

You still have to file a US tax return, and then use the available credits and treaties to reduce or eliminate your US tax liability. You're not allowed to just don't file, unless your income is below the threshold (around $8K for a single person, lower if you're self-employed).

Don't assume they will never find out. The US government has been working more with other governments around the world to identify US tax dodgers.

Then surrender your green card at a consulate with form I-407, and apply for a B1/B2 visa at the same consular visit. It's easy to get a B1/B2 visa after voluntarily and officially surrendering your GC.
