EAD Approved and received

It came as a surprise to me, yesterday I received the EAD for me and my wife in mail.

MD 10/26/01
ND ??

I don\'t even have receipts yet for AOS/EAD. Is it normal?

do you have receipt notice AP / EAD / 485?

My AP/EAD/485 was mailed on 11/1 and recd by NSC 11/2,
I haven\'t got any receipt notices so far, neither my attorney.
NSC Tel# is really hard to get.

Hello pcman - Yes I do have receipt notices

My lawyer got receipt notices of I-485/EAD/AP for myself and my wife on 12/7/01 and she sent those to me by Fedex on same day. I got those in hand on 12/8/01.

Dude,

I see u\'r ND to be 11/26. My ND is 11/24 and I am still waiting for the EAD and AP approval. Just let me know in case the ND is indeed 11/26 instead of 11/16

Got EAD waiting for AP

Got my EAD on Sat. A sweet Xmas gift indeed. Waiting for AP. I think it should be on its way soon. So guys, what is the timeframe for FP we r looking at ?

Hello All,
I recieved my AP last Friday. It was approved on Dec. 11, 2001. Waiting for the FP. A friend of mine got his FP and his ND is from June, not sure about the exact ND. I could not understand the inconsistencies among the FP notice dates from different states.

Received my wife\'s EAD....

EAD received for my wife yesterday 12/26. Approcal date was 12/14.

BTW i called IIO yeserday for Receipts and like a magic i was able to get the number in one shot... ( It had been my day i guess ). For one\'s how have not received the receipts INS will mail a memo to indicate Receipt date and Notice date. But u have to request it from IIO.

Hi OracleOracle,

I got my AP and EAD in mail and LIN numbers for 485 from IIO.
Can I travel on AP or we should accompany 485 reciept copy as well?

Like you,I did not receive 485 receipt for me and for my spouse?

Do I need to call IIO again for this?
I need to travel to England next week.Is it ok with AP without 485 receipt copy?

Well it should be fine....As EAD itself a documentry evedience of Staus. it is mentioned on the form which comes with the EAD.

At POE if Office asks u for 485 receipt just u need to tell him what happend to your receipt.

I am not sure how early u need to travel. But if u want u can ask the IIO to mail u the memo. And have some one FAX the momo to u in England before u enter USA.

Again U should be OK with AP and EAD.

Didn\'t receive Receipt Notices at my address. Attorney mailed a copy to me.

Knew about AP and EAD approval by AVM, awaiting Approval Notice.

My Last name on 485 and EAD Receipt Notice is misspelled.
Also, my applicant# on 485 & EAD doesn\'t match with the one on AP.
But, my applicant# on AP is same as my wife\'s on 485/EAD/AP.
I am trying NSC Tel# for last 3 days but couldn\'t get thru.
My AP and EAD is approved. That means I will get EAD with wrong name and AP with wrong A#. Do I have to reapply? Please advice.

I remember you were going there to get EAD and AP. What was
their response?
 
Received FP - City Chicago

FP Sceduled on JAN 24.....for myself and my wife.

Unfortunately both of us will be out of country for this date...Need to reschedule the FP.....
