RD 08/23 Approved - Checked on line as well on AVM

Checked online status just to confirm that the URL works and I couldn't believe it. My case was approved on 09/23/02 although when I checked AVM yesterday it was not updated.

I checked AVM also today and all three of us are approved.

RD - 08/23/01
ND - 10/16/01
RFE Issued - 08/13/02
RFE response recd : 08/28/02
AD : 09/23/02

You made me very excited. I have the same RFE response date as yourself. I checked the online status, and I was getting an error. I checked the AVM, and no love.

And now the online status check is saying nothing approved. :(

How long does it take to validate a simple employement letter????

My RFE was for medical - signature was required on I 693 form.
