Take a breather guys. You really think that Rapidigm owners are unaware of consultants dissatisfaction ? Wake up! Nobody cares. You are set up for exploitation. The recruiters are the brokers between the owners and you. That\'s how the system works. If the recruiter is fired he moves on to other bodies. Life of a leech is luxurious!
The HR managers, especially the recruiters spouse, are prime time clowns. You are lucky if these nitwits can understand anything. They also beat Murphy\'s law - every one rises to his level of incompetence. Well, these HR managers have risen beyond that.
Ever look at your paystubs ? It sucks big time. For the bucks the company makes one would think they can afford to show some basic info on the paystub. Maybe ADP is too pricey for these dudes. How about offering some decent benefits ?
Good idea to collect names, etc. Is there a www.skunk.org ? My recruiter is a rat but a skunk classification will do for now.
I must have discouraged about 3 guys from joining Rapidigm. Very proud about that but it\'s a futile battle. There are traitors in our midst who sell friends for a referral fee.

Upper Management
Who do you think the upper management is. They themselves made to those positions by sucking out blood from consultants like us and they are the ones who are mentoring the junior level recruiters.
Remember, everybody wants to make money and that is the name of the game.

I think its a very very good idea. We can contact whoever is
the higher authority in Rapidigm and let them know about the
situation. I know its obvious that management liked so far
recruiters, as they helped company save money by paying less
to consultants. But we need to make management realise that
either you want to screw company image very badly or balance
in how recruiters are treating their consultants. So far
recruiters only benefited by hardcore efforts of consultants.
I think recruiters should learn that they can not only think
like dogs(snatch/fight for foods), instead must learn to share.
There got to be balance.
So if you guys don\'t mind get some more list of emails of
higher authorities in Rapidigm and cc to all instead of only
one guy(LWheeler@rapidigm.com). Also cc to Paul too.
And we can send all the links on net about recruiters harrasments.
May Lord Ram/Krishna/Jesus/Allah/Budhha/Sun/Moon all God help us and
bring Rapidigm recruiters to Justice.

did any one received notice from rapidigm
Did any one received notice from rapidigm saying that withdrawing support as counsel. As i know that means hire another attorney for adujudication of I-485. I asked them about copies of LC AND I-140 Approval, but no reply. any one in the same situation

RIS shutdown
I havent heard about RIS shutdown or change of lawyer, maybe since Jackie has left they want to change to new lawyer they have hired.

Inayat Allana is the #1 leader in all this. But guys, I really think it all depends on your recruiter. I know for sure that few like Anand Chellam are OK. Even during these hard times he approves requests for training for some of his people. But if you were recruited by say, Inayat Alana, then you\'re finished.
