I think its a very very good idea. We can contact whoever is
the higher authority in Rapidigm and let them know about the
situation. I know its obvious that management liked so far
recruiters, as they helped company save money by paying less
to consultants. But we need to make management realise that
either you want to screw company image very badly or balance
in how recruiters are treating their consultants. So far
recruiters only benefited by hardcore efforts of consultants.
I think recruiters should learn that they can not only think
like dogs(snatch/fight for foods), instead must learn to share.
There got to be balance.
So if you guys don\'t mind get some more list of emails of
higher authorities in Rapidigm and cc to all instead of only
one guy(LWheeler@rapidigm.com). Also cc to Paul too.
And we can send all the links on net about recruiters harrasments.
May Lord Ram/Krishna/Jesus/Allah/Budhha/Sun/Moon all God help us and
bring Rapidigm recruiters to Justice.
