Ram (7th year extension labor approved (less than 365days)

Hi,
Is it possible to file for 7th year extension before 365 days have been completed (labor approved)
[ My h1 6 year limit expires on 26th June 2004 and my labor was filed on 1st August 2003, so I have only 2 months gap between my h1 6 year limit and 365 days of labor field (got approved today 26th may 2004) ]

What is the better option for me now to file for 7th year.

----- if LC is approved why dont you file I-140 and I-485 EAD AP???
[ My h1 6 year limit expires on 26th June 2004 and my labor was filed on 1st August 2003, so I have only 2 months gap between my h1 6 year limit and 365 days of labor field (got approved today 26th may 2004) ]
----- you have got LC approved file I-140 and I-485 any day before your I-94 expires, I will file I-140 and I-485 in 5-6 days once I get I-485 filing reciept in 10-15 days then I will attach the I-485 filing reciept and file 7th year H1 extension before I-94 expires becase to extend H1 you have to be on H1 status with valid I-94, so file &th year before your I-94 expires
What is the better option for me now to file for 7th year.
------ if LC is still pending and more than 365 days have passed and you have evidence of LC filing date( SWA or SESA reciept that lawyer gets after LC is filed from SWA or SESA) then you can file 7th year H1 any day before your I-94 or H1 expire , you can file H1 extension 6 months advance( in your case if LC has crossed 365 days file any day now)
