Quitting H1B after filing I-130/I-485?

I will soon be USC and will be filing I-130/I-485/I-765/I-131 all at the same time for my wife who is here on H1B. She is based out of different state. My question is when can she quit the job and move to the same location I live. Is it after we receive the ND confirmation and/or EAD to remain in status.

Well, it's not big deal in either way this case, but if you want to be very strict, filing I485 is OK.

Question on I-693

Is there any restriction on where we do the medical test. Can we go to any USCIS approved civil surgeons in the state where I live or it has to be only from the area/state where my wife works and lives.
