Hi american dream first I want to thank all of you for the help you provide
Just one week to my interview i wonder if the family name of my mother mentioned at the forms is different from birth certificate can cause problems (and a little others mistake) and if it's possible to provide a new form on the day of the interview without i turn into PA?

It's really important to me has anyone been in similar issue

Typing error are realy minor to them !
You can do like you said get a new form ready for incase they want it yes.
But generally don't you worry about those mistakes.

Would love to add some input, but I don't quite get your question(s). Maybe if you can elaborate or be a bit more clearer ..........

Actually when i filled the forms i mention my new mother family name but just few days ago when i was translating my document i found that old family name of my mother that appear in all the documents so now there is two name different

If your mother has changed her name prior her mariage, just take the judgment decree with to prove your case.
If you are talking about her maiden name than that's not a problem at all.
