I came here with F1 visa but i became out of status 1/25/2010. My husband a US citizen want to file I-130 for me and i want to file I-485 all together.
My question is in part 2 of form I-485, which one should i choose (a or b)?
a) An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available visa number that has been approved. ( Attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant juvenile, or special immigrant millitary visa petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately available nunber, if applicable.)
or
b) My spouse or parents applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spouses and children.
