Hi

As my child needs to travel India for an emergency, I really appreciate if somebody can help me out for visa revalidation.

I have been on H1 since the time I came from India. I did not have any visa conversions in this country. I had revalidated my visa once in USA after I came here. Our visa on the passport and also I-94 got expired. I have completed Masters in India. I have got enough experience also. I do not have any bad history. I am here on 7th extension. I have got 7th year extension also with a new employer through which I have never revalidated my visa before and planning to get a visa revalidation. I have been with the new employer for about 1 1/2 years.

Questions:
Do we have any problem for visa stamping/revalidation in any country for my case?
Which country/consulate would be better to get visa stamping as I live in California?
How long I should stay there for this purpose?
What kind of questions I can expect?
What kind of travel(flight or car) would you recommend?
In case if it gets rejected for any reason, can I come back to US on flight again?
Are there any rejections at all from any of these countries.
Can I leave my kid here and go for stamping to another country(canada, mexico etc)?
What I should be aware of in order to get visa stamping in another coutry?
Do I have to have any kind of visa I need for that country in order to get visa stamping?
What will happen to my I-94 that I have got when I came from india, when I go to that coutry? I will have another I-94 for that coutry or my I-94 will be taken away?
Information on where to stay, documents, fees etc please.

Help is greately appreciated as I am totally confused with these questions and do not whom to ask also. Please do let me know if I have not clearly stated my message. Thanks in advance and for your kindness.

Thanks

as you and your dependents have valid I-94 all are in status. you or your dependents can get visa stamp in INDIA or can take the risk of visa stamping in Canada/Mexico, if rejected you all have to go to India from Canada/Mexico.

Hi Gunnu,

I did not mention properly in my previous message. Extremely sorry.

What I mean to ask you is that for my case, which country might reject my case? Is there a possibility that someone can reject my case? what is the probability of rejection?

I really appreciate your help. You are being so helpful. Because I was not sure of which place would be the right place to get visa stamping and also I can not go India right now as per my current circumstances, that why I am bothering you sir.

I have completed master's in computer sciences.

Do you think that canada/mexico may not recognize my degree. So they may reject it?

Does anybody have any rejections for this degree?
