My I-485 was filed August 2, 2007. My I-140 PD is Feb 2006. I did the medical exam in Sep 2007, and had the fingerprinting Oct 2007. My I-131 was approved 3/13/08 and my I-765 was approved 12/12/07. Given that I'm EB-3, non-indian, how likely is it that my I-485 will be approved prior to August 2, 2007? And at what point do any of the above become expired and I have to redo them (Medical exam, FP, etc)?

Any input would be greatly appreciated. I'm starting to become very concerned with the length of time its taking to process the i-485.

0% to be approved by aug 2007. FP expire in about 1.5 years. Medical usually not. Look to time range in the USCIS web page and 80% you will be approved around that time.
