questions being on ead with i 140/i 485 pending

both i 140/ i 485 are still pending ....I got my ead card.
I have transferred from h1b visa to ead.iam still working with the same employer.

1.is the (federal/state tax) less for ead compared to h1b visa ?

2.do i get better pay rate on ead ?

3.can i apply for more jobs on ead compared to h1b visa ?

4.should i still go for stamping for h1b visa or should i just travel using ead card and advanced parole...?

5.what are the other pros and cons if i start a company on ead and being on ead ?

No.

Not necessarily. In fact, on an EAD you can be paid less than the prevailing wage.

yes, but your employer can withdraw the I-140 and your GC goes poof.

You're not in H1 status anymore, I assume.
