questions about N-400

Hello. I have two questions regarding N-400 for citizenship.
The instruction for N-400 says : "Write your name exactly as it appears on your Permanent Resident Card.."
In my Permanent Resident Card the face side shows my given name as my First name + the first letter of my middle name (only first letter). At the bottom of the back side of my card my full name appears as it is but the middle name is missing the last letter of it, because there was not enough space for it. What middle name should I print into my N-400 Application, only one first letter as it appears on the face side of my card or as it appears at the bottom of the back side (with missing last letter of my middle name)?
Another question regarding translation of some documents. Can I bring the same translation that I provided to USCIS when applied for Permanent Resident Card or I should get a fresh one?
Thank you

First of all, you have created two threads for the same question. Please don't do that.

Second, you can write your name as it appears on the front of your card, and not the machine readable zone. Old translations are fine, especially since they will already have them on file.

Thank you very much for your reply. I try to delete the second thread but can't figurate out how to do that? I created the second one my mistake, sorry.

NYC Filing- Help
Filed November 01 2013
Interview scheduled for 03/ 2014
Interview Cancelled for unforeseen circumstances 03/2014
Made numerous calls and had info pass
told in October 2014 that file was at the filed office and in line for interview
Did another info pass January 2015
Got letter March 2015 that security checks pending?
Could it be that security checks are still pending? Would the file be sent to the field office without the security checks being completed?
I have been given the run around, I really don't know what to do now, this last letter received about the Delayed security check had no timeline, just that I have to wait.
Please let me know what's my best option at this point.
Thanks in advance.
