Questions about H1B Transfer

If I transfered to company B, could the job requirement be changed? Or B has to apply a new H1B for me?

But an accountant cannot become a veternary doctor - using a H1 transfer! The new LCA should match your credentials and your qualifications have to match with the new job's requirements...
