In case of LC substitute.

If I-140 got approved that means there was no problem in matching skills with resume to LC?????!!?!


Is there any stage where BCIS wanted to check the Skill sets mentioned in LC with person's Resume!??!?!?!?

Yes, you are through. However if you change jobs and claim AC21 portability your LC skills might have to be reverified. You are also supposed to bank on the skills for at least 1year after GC approval.
