Question : Visa for uncle and his grand children (newphes)

Hi,

My uncle already has B2-visa valid 10 years .. And His grand children are minor kids who are 12 and 7.. He is planning visit us with grand children so i am planning to sponsor them just wondering what kind of paper work is needed for getting visa stamped ..

Can you please guide me on this regards .. thanks in advance ..

I mean to say Visiting (tourist Visa) .. What documents i need to send for minor children ?

can somebody help me on this ..

If I am not wrong for children below 14 years of age original birth certificate and if applicable their parent's valid visas are the documents required.
 
The consulate can ask whatever documents they want from the parents/legal guardians, however the OP is not the parent of the kids involved. Thus the OP does not need to take any action.
