Question related to NAME on N-400 application

Hi All,

I am planning to apply for US citizenship in next month and have a basic question regarding section "Part1. Your Name" on N-400 application.

My name on the passport is as follows

Last Name, First Name Full Middle Name

and I am planning to put that in the following section

A. Your current Legal Name

Whereas my name on the Permanent Resident Card is as follows

Last Name, First Name

This would be put in the following section

B. Your name exactly as it appears on Permanent Resident Card

Do you know which name would appear on my US Passport? I would like to have my full name on the US passport as follows

Last Name, First Name, Middle Name

Can you please let me know if this qualifies as a name change (section D)?

I would really appreciate if you would let me know your feedback and if I need to take any steps.

Passport application is a separate process outside of naturalization. Last name, First Name, Middle name is not a name change. The fact that your GC only shows Last name, first name doesn't mean you need to request a name change to add middle name to naturalization certificate and passport.
