Question related to H1 and H4 visa

I am getting married first week of December and apply for H4 for my husband immediately. Can someone help me with the following questions:

1.) I am working on H-1B visa in U.S.A and I got laid off from my company. Because of that I have changed my company. If I come to India, my guess is that I need to get the new H-1B stamped. For doing that, do I need to take an appointment for the interview or can I follow the drop-box procedure. In either case, can you please direct me to the instructions of what all I need to do, and the procedure that I need to follow ??

2.) I am also getting married in India and need to get the H-4 visa stamped for my husband. What I need to do in that case ?? Do I need to take an appointment for the interview ?? Can I file my H-1B and H-4 at the same time or do I need to wait for my H1B stamping first before I can file the H-4 visa for my husband ??

3.) Can you please direct me to the documents I need to have with me for H-1B stamping for me and H4 visa for my husband ??

4.) One specific question about H-4 visa, since I am doing court marriage, I will not have the marriage cards. I have heard from my friends that you need to have the marriage cards as well as one of the needed document for the H4. So, what happens in the case if you don't have the marriage cards.

5.) What are the requirements for registering the marriage in the court?

4.) Do I need to endorse the husband' name on my passport and vice-versa.Is it compulsory or recommended. How long does it take to endorse the passports and what are the documents required for the same?

5.) I have my passport issued from Ghaziabaad and his's is from Nagpur and we are getting married in Delhi.Can we both endorse ur passports from Ghaziabaad passport Office.What is the requirements and procedure to apply for endorsing the passport
6.) Do I need to take the H4 appointment in the New Delhi Embassey or we can go directly with the papers to the New Delhi Embassey office. I am getting married in December 8th. When should I take the appointment (if needed)? Can I take now?

5. Ask the court for what proof of marriage document will they give
