Hi guys

I've got my visa in passport (CR-1 VISA)

I wondering if my entry in US can be denied, even though I have an immigrant visa issued by US Embassy in Bucharest?

I ask this because I had an overstay on a previous tourist visa. (I reported this fact to the consular officer at my interview and they didn't seem to have a problem with it, since my overstay was less than 18o days)

Is there any possibility to be denied entry at any POE in the US?

Only a US citizen is guaranteed entry to the US, so of course there is a 'chance' you can be denied entry. However, the actual possibility that you will get denied is not very likely. If there was any issue with your overstay then this would have initially come up at your interview. As your interview was obviously a success and you have the visa in your passport then you should be fine.
