Hi

here is the background

my mother is a widower applied for visa on dec 29th 2005. Then my uncle(her brother)sponsored her and we are 2 kids here in USA. she has been rejected saying that both of her kids are in usa and her brother is in usa. Us law dosent permit to give you visa.

this time if i dont disclose that my sister and her brother is in usa on the DS form. will they know? I am sponsoring her this time showing my sister is in india.

Please help.

Thanks,
chandru

Firstly, your mother is a widow, not a widower. For a widower, you need to be male.
Secondly, hiding the fact that your uncle and sister are in the US on your mother's DS-156 is committing perjury. Don't do it.

Your previous disclosure are already with US consulate. They can easily verify. Telling lies this time will leads to visa denial permanently. When are going to get your USC?

I am sponsoring her this time showing my sister is in india.

Please help.
