Question regarding I-485

Hi Gurus,

I have an approved I-140 (EB1) and has already submitted my I-485.
My parent went for a visitor visa some time ago and both were rejected. In the letter of rejection the reason was inadmissibility under section 306 of enhanced border security.
Is it going to be a problem for my I-485? Please advise.

In addition, if anyone has any information related to section 306 and how my parent can help their situation, I would truly appreciate their feedback.

I have searched section 306 in the past but could not find any useful info as how to address it. Maybe my search was not comprehensive enough. Will do again.
