Question regarding Civil Surgeons

I was wondering how safe are the civil surgeons, chosen by INS. I have opted for a doctor(will be going on 26th Dec), who seemed to be located in an rundown area with not much of an office to call for(no offence). Ofcourse I have the option of changing my civil surgeon, but it is little late in the game. Also is the charge of $160 sounds reasonable?

Most of these doctors are Ex-Military doctors, that is why they set shop at rundown places (No Seed money to setup swanky places) although 160 for one person seems exorbidant. But there are no guidelines for the fee ....
 
$160 is ok

Depends on what you get. Get your medical done before getting mugged in the run down area.
