when i filled my N-400 application, on D, Good Moral character, i checked Question number 16, the reason is becasue i got a speeding ticket, which it conceder a citation.

The question is. on the buttom it says why were you arrest, cited, detained, or charged. ... Date, Where, and .....(Outcome or disposition of the arrest, citation, derention, or charge (No charges filed, charges dismissed, jail, propation, ect.) now i think i did a terrible mistake when i wrote there (NO CHARGES FILED) i should put citation ??? so what do u think guys???

You always have the opportunity to change your answers at the interview stage. It is better done voluntarily than at the prompting of the officer.
In such cases, it is helpful to have a complete record of the case (speeding ticket disposition) handy. Usually 1 ticket may not matter, but if the officer wants to investigate, having evidence handy closes the issue then and there.
 
The IO might ask if you payed the citation, but such a minor citation is not serious enough to affect your application. In any case don't worry since you can clarify the issue with IO at interview.
 
Thank you very much guys, and Yes i did pay the FINE and i got the receipt with me, but instead of to write FINE i wrote NO CHARGES FILED.
