question on sponsoring visitor after ac21

I dont know if this is a problem but I am trying to sponsor my parents to visit us here. They asked for an employment letter and I am trying to decide if there will be a problem with sending my new employer's letter. WIll they question why this letter from a different company ? After giving a thought, I think thye wont know which company sponsored since the 485 receipt only has my info except with a different address.

Anybody can help in this issue ?

----- they can ask any question, you can attach the August4, 2003 AC21 MEMO and explain on diffrent letter that you changed employer based on USCIS AC21 MEMO ( show this letter only if asked)

-----nobody can help with visitor visa it depends on visa officer and what ties to home country your parents show and what is age of your parents.

They dont want to stay here for more than 3 months and they are old > 65. How can they show ties back other than a house. I live here.
 
Home on your father/mother name, any immovable property documents, bank account, pension book, if still working employer letter are enough to show ties to home country. I think they stand good chance for visa as they are above 65.
