Question on Online EAD app

I got stuck at the third page where it asks for the current immigration status. Can anybody tell me what that will be for me. I am on Adjustment of status and the only options available seem to be - immigrant (cant think of why he will apply for ead) and the other is H1B (I am not) ?

I am in EAD espired H1. Didnt go out of country so have not used AP so far. !

Also would like to know what the ND for the application may be ? Is it the application filing date (the day i said send on my online application) or is it the day I go to get my photographs taken ?

---- Write- Adjustment of status pending, if you still maintain H1 status with your employer then write- H1 , AOS pending

- If you have used EAD then you are not on H1 status, you have to write” Adjustment of status pending”

--- They day BCIS receives your application that is Receipt date (RD), ND (Notice date) is printed on the receipt it is generally 2-3 days later than RD. I don’t have any exp for Online /Efiling, others may help you. My info provided is if you send directly to BCIS with all the required Dacuments by mail
