Question on H1 Visa stamp -Chennia

Hi Gurus,

I have a question about H1b Visa stamping in india. My wife was on h4 initially, and a consulting company applied for her h1b in may 2005, so she got her H1B in Nov 2005 (at the same time my company also applied for her H4 extension so she is having a valid H4 also till present date). After she got her H1B she did not have job in hand from Nov 2005 to sep 2006. She started working from sep 2006 to till date so she has around 6 pay stubs and 1 w2. Now my question is will there be any problem if she goes for stamping in india (chennia). Does this mean she is on H4 or H1B status when she does not have pay stubs.

She was H1 status from Nov 2005 to Sep 2006, counsel may ask pay stub for these period or W2 for year 2005 (2 months). Be prepared and careful.

She does not have pay stubs/W2 for 2005, Thats what i am concerned about how she can defend that!!!! does anyone went through same situation?? Great guru what could be the best way to defend.

If she is going to chennai for stamping forget it , she may not come back with her h1.

Better do not take a chance for a couple of year.
