VA has 2 field offices: One in Norfolk, the other in Fairfax. USCIS assigns cases to DOs by zip code, not by state or city.

Thanks Bobsmyth!!! Does that mean if i got my Green card interview process done in Norfolk , i will be having the DO as Norfolk for US Citizenship process?

BTW.. I have not chnaged zip code after getting my GC.

Mailed my N-400 today.

That's correct, as your zip code has not changed your immigration benefits are served by the same DO.
