question on AR-11: change of address

I moved and want to file AR-11. Can somebody tell me what to put in

" Copy number from Alien Card' A......................

if you have GC then GC has your A# on it
if you have filed I-485 then you have A# on I-485 reciept
if you are on H1 then you dont have A#
if you have A# write it and if you dont have write N/A or none

*** FYI the AR11 will NOT change your address on pending petitions with USCIS. you need to write to USCIS service center and also update on 1800

if you are on J-2 and applied for work permit (EAD), you have A# on the EAD card...

I have question and would appreciate if anyone can reply.

Can I put VA (permanent address) address on I-485; however I currently stay in Pennsylvania?

Reason I want to use VA address is because:
My project could change, and thus my current city and address.
I-140 and I-485 may take long time.

I do not have address proof of VA. Other then the fact that I received Federal Labor Communication at VA address in past.
