Question on Advance Parole

I am trying to file AP on my own (last time I had to pay for attorney). I have a couple of questions.

1) Part 1 - No.3 - Class of Admission - What do we write here?

(I am working on H1 with AOS pending)

2) What are the required documents to attach?

Appreciate your answers.

If you entered in H-1 status, then write H-1B. If you last entered with AP, write "parolee".

Thanks, it's bit confusing. It said, we need to show the proof of our legal stay here, do we need a submit a copy of 485 receipt or copy of approved H1?

Also it said, we need to submit a photo ID? Which one, a driver's license or a passport copy?

where did u c No.3 in PArt 1.
I can see only name ,address,DOB,SSN,A#.
Other than that I can see class of admission.
I just filed on my own my AP.
And recived reciept notice,

If it wants proof of legal stay, I'd send a COPY of the I-485 receipt, since that proves both legal stay *and* your eligibility for AP (by virtue of a pending AOS).

For the photo ID, you can send a photocopy of either, or both if you want to be safe.
