Question/Issue with filing I-485, pls help

My LC was filed in EB2 in June 2004, but could not file I485 last year as did not have an approved LC at that time (one of those unlucky ones). At last, the dates have become current for me and my I-140 is also already approved.

I have an issue/question:

My LC was filed for a job located in Orlando, FL. I recently moved to New York (same company, same job) as my wife had to change her job. I changed my postal address and INS address to my New York address. I am partly/mostly working from home and sometimes travel to FL, but am still working/associated (payroll runs from FL) with the FL entity of the company. My office address is still Orlando, FL, but home address is NJ. Would there be any issues with filing I-485 in such case?

Please help with your advise.

Thanks in advance,

The idea of approval of I-485 of an applicant based on LC is to be in the same field or similar to that by which his/her LC approved. This condition is IDEAL to be with the same employer and conditions when the LC get approved (palce, salary ......etc). Any deviation from that situation is a question mark and puts your application in investigation. Every case by itself, let me say, is unique and I think will depend on many other variables including who will investigate your case. Just try to be in the same conditions as much as you can to minimize any adverse effects.

-------------that LC/I-140 is for future job AFTER you get GC
I recently moved to New York (same company, same job) as my wife had to change her job. I changed my postal address and INS address to my New York address.
-------that is correct
