Hello folks, for those of you married couples who filed N400 at the same time, what was your experience like in terms of timeline. I know they are treated as separate applications but I want to know the experience of those of you who filed together, did you end up getting similar dates for fingerprinting, interview, etc...? or were the dates totally different? thanks for your input...

Me and my wife sent our N-400 forms in two envelopes inside a bigger single envelope. They appeared in the system on the same date, but the receipt numbers were not consecutive. We received the FP appointments on the same day for the same date, interview appointments on the same day for the same date and finally, an oath notice on the same day for the same date. The interviews were scheduled 30 minutes apart, and we even had the same interviewer who knew that we were related. We set up PO box specifically for the N-400 process, so we always received two envelopes on the same days throughout the whole process. Very convenient.

My wife and I applied together, not in the same envelope though. Every step of the process has worked out in sync. Same day FP appointment, same day interview appointment.

Same FP date, same interview date. Oath day was different, but I was able to request that they schedule it for same day.

so does getting different fingerprint dates reduce the probability of getting similar interview date even though both applications were filed at same time?
