cblinx, thanks for your reply. How long after they cashed your check did you receive your receipt notice? I haven't received mine yet and I need it to get my application/case number.

Soccerabc - They cashed the check on 08/05/2010 (Day 7 of the application process) and I received the notice (Notice of Action) in my mailbox on 08/09/2010 (Day 11 of the application process). Day 4 is the date they received my application and of course Day 1 is the day I mailed it. I hope that by now you have already revceived yours. I haven't visited the forum for a while...

Indeed, we have sent our package (CBlinx + sp) with both applications inside one envelope to "2501 state hwy in Lewisville 75067) using USPS Express Mail and then relaized that it should have been sent to Dallas Lockbox. Actually, we did not receive any delivery confirmation because I did not ask for it. I just kept checking USPS online tracking until it said "delivered and signed by XY". I don't think you should worry at all (at least from my experinece everything was forwarded to the right folk) and surprisingly the delivery occurred on Sunday night!. Also, make sure you open a USCIS account where you asked for update via email. As soon as you receive the I-797 notice of action. It seems like they are good at updating their website.
