I wasn't started on payroll for my first year of H1b for company A, then I worked for my second year for same company A. I transfered my status from H1 to L1 for company B. I worked for company B for 2.5 years, Then I transfered my status to company C where I am currently working in my sixth year.

My labour is approved and I am ready to file I-140/485 concurrntly.

As I stated I don't have W-2 for first year but I do have W-2 for after those 4 years and I am also working in sixth year.

Is there any problem I am gonna have in 140/485 process?

Please advise me asap.

THanks

File I-140 and I-485, EAD, AP with recent W-2, inform the lawyer about past W-2 dont keep him in dark explain everything to him.

GC is for the future job I dont think BCIS is going to ask you all the W-2 they want the ability of employer to pay the wages after GC

your old W2 has to do nothing with ur I-140 and I-485.
they are for future job.

think in this way. they are giving u GC on based I-140, once ur I-140 approved. you will get EAD (file both I140 and I-765(EAD) together) + I-485 as concurrent .

once u got EAD work on it. pay taxes :( keep W2 copies. at time of GC u will need to prove the current employment status with the company who sponser u.

but don't tell what you are not asked to make it simple. they willl pull ur all records. so don't worry about it. if they asked then tell don't hide or lie. thats all.
