My AOS got approved recently and I also got my physical green card. What happens to my I-94? Do I just tear it up, or do I need to send it somewhere, or do I need to just hold on to it and surrender when traveling out of the country?

I'm not a "guru" but I'll chime in - make a copy of your I-94 (front and back) for your records and just surrender the actual I-94 card when traveling out of the country (if asked to).
