question:concurrent filing with approved 140 from previous employer

Hi,
somebody please clarify this for me:

I have an approved 140(EB2,RIR) back in Nov,2000.but left that
company around the same time before filing 485,now with my current employer ,i am ready to file 140&485.
My question:
with AC21 , can i change my job after filing 485 for 180 days(i do have an approved 140 )?

1. if you have approved I-140 from your old employer you can not file I-485 with the new employer. I-1485 is based on I-140

2. If you got your new LC approved for your current employer you can file new I-140 and I-1485

once your I-485 has been pending with INS more than 180 days you can change job and use AC21
