Guys, its one of the most mind twisting thing. Never lets you sit and relax.
I came up with the following idea and need your advice.
> I will be leaving Company A > 180 days + approved I140.
> Can manage to get an offer letter from Company B for " future Job " and will get " same , Sys Admin" job once get my GC.
Questions ;
Q1, Should I inform BCIS at;
a, at the time of layoff, with a letter of future job from Company 'B'.
b, wait till the RFE
c, Ask company C to take me on their payroll, now.
Q2, Can I work as a say " accountant ", in Company 'C' till I get GC ?
Q3, Technically, I will not be changing for similar job, till GC approval.
