Question abt document resubmit

I'm 22 dv selectee i've sent ds260 on 17 may 2021. Then sent docs on 12 July. i unlocked ds260 bcz of a typo mistake and resubmitted it on 5 August. Then i've resent docs on 11 Oct (the problem is the docs in october were expired) should i resend them again for 3rd time???
 
Police certificates are valid for two years. Birth certificates are valid for life, they do not expire.
 
As far as US immigration is concerned, birth certificates do not expire regardless of what the practice is in your home country.
