Question about Visa Revalidation

I am posting this question for my brother. My brother has a H1B Visa stamped from his previous employer. The stamping on his passport expires in Sep 2007.

He is planning a trip to India in this December. The question is does his need to get his passport stamped again with the new employer's H1B? Or is he good with the existing stamping in his passport.

(My apologies, if this is not the right forum. Maybe you point me to the correct forum)

Existing stamp w/ previous employer and new H1 approval notice w/ current employer is enough.
