Question about the full name

I haven't taken my husband's last name. All of my documents are still in my own name. If the interviewer asks my husband what your spouse's full name is, should he tell the interviewer my full name or add his last name to my full name?
Let say my name is AAA BBB CCC. My husband's last name is DDD. Should he just say AAA BBB CCC or AAA BBB CCC DDD?

Your legal full name. If you haven't taken your husband's last name, why is there a need for him to make it part of your name when quizzed on it? :)

I read the interview questions recommended from this forum. One of the questions is like this:

What is your wife's full name?
Comment: This is a sensitive and tricky question. You need to give her name with your last name, especially, if she has elected to answer your last name. If you give her maiden name as her last name, the examiner will conclude that your marriage is fraudulent. Also note that you need to give her legal name as contained in her passport and birth certificate not her street name.

I'm a little confused. Therefore, see if anyone did the interview before and told me the experience.

The list of interview questions you refer to is a general guideline and may not apply to everyone. I think the intent for this interview question is that the husband should not forget his wife's new name at the interview if she changed it (which can happen in the beginning, for someone who's used to someone's name for a long time).

But in your case this does not apply. In fact it would be incorrect for your husband to say anything else but your full legal name in response to this question. If he or you is questioned at that point about why you didn't take his last name, just explain.

There tons of threads of this same issue that have been discuss in the past...make a search.

Change of name is PERSONAL choice, has nothing to do with immigration and they are pretty aware of that. By law you can keep your maiden name or change it as you please.

Second if you decided to change your last name to your married name it is NORMAL that the rest of your documents, including your passport will be with your maiden name. For traveling issues you should carry a copy of your marriage certificate.

To your question, if the IO ask the question...he should say the name as how he calls you and that's it...he even can say "which one? her married name or maiden name?". I wouldn't worry for that question, I would get is your tax information, pay stubs and all that joint info that you should/could have by now.

Good luck,
