question about parking ticket...

Everyday I find myself asking a new question.
I got a ticket in 2007 and was reduced to parking ticket. I don't have anything on my driving record (got a driving record from DMV). I had to pay around $100 fine for parking.
In my N400 app. I did not mention anything about that. I was not sure if that is something that I was supposed to mention.

Now during my interview should I volunteer the information and if yes at what point should I do that.
I have a letter from the local court saying that the fine has been paid in time.

Thanks

Thanks
But I believe there is a question in N400 about citation . I had answered No to all those questions . When IO is going thru the app and asks me about that, should I say yes to the following question:

Have you ever been arrested, cited or detained by any law enforcement officer
(including USCIS or former INS and military officers) for any reason?

I had answered NO in the application since I thought I don't need to mention Parking tickets.
Now should I say YES?

Thanks

As I've mentioned previously, a parking ticket is usually issued to the vehicle, not to the driver, particularly in NYC. Seeing as your DO is NYC, I assume that you're from one of the 5 boroughs. There's no need to mention it.
