I just got my passport stamped and I now realize that I do not have my I-94. Is that going to be a problem?

Permanent Residence Visa stamping ?
I presume you are referring to the permanent residence visa stamp (I-551). In fact
the officer will take away your I-94, EAD, AP documents before stamping since
you don\'t need them any more.
